Tamegar's Model AM-1 tray erecting machine is ideal for those customers who require a small, flexible and easily portable tray erector.
The innovative, small, light-weight design with added wheels and brakes makes this tray erector extremely portable, adding another dimension of flexibility in tray production.

- Easily portable due to lightweight design and mounted wheels fitted with brakes;
- Manually fed die-cut blank boards;
- Can erect major tray designs and most common tray sizes;
- Controlled by PLC touch screen with up to 10 programmable settings;
- Fully adjustable making for easy & fast changes between different tray designs and sizes
- Can be paired easily with either a conveyor belt or stacker for handling formed trays;
Wide door opening to facilitate operator access to tray format bay and mandril.
Easily portable due to lightweight, small design fitted with mounted wheels & brakes.
Machine is controlled via PLC touchscreen with up to 10 programmable tray configurations.
Blank boards are manually fed into machine
