D4-E Kit - gear pump hot melt unit with gun & hose

Valco Melton's D4-e Kit, provides everything you need for fast and precise manual applications. The D4-e kit is ideally suited for a range of packaging, paper converting, print finishing, non-woven and product assembly application.

The D4-e kit offers:

• A wide range of options to configure your own kit: Spray or Bead gun with top or bottom feed, spray or bead nozzles, various lengths of hot melt hoses with protective coverings.

• A cost-effective solution for accurate manual applications.

• Teflon-coated tanks for easy maintenance and reliable operation.

• Solid-state controls, precise RTD temperature controls to optimise system performance.

The kit includes:

• the D4-e Gear Pump Hot Melt Unit (4kg);
• one hot melt hose (8ft);
• one manual gun (bead or spray)

Gun is fitted with new style connector allowing for easier manual application
