DD-1 electronically controlled diaphragm pump
EPP-6 electronically controlled piston pump
Valco Cincinnati's Model DD-1 diaphragm pump is automatically reserved by low-voltage, solid-state electronics. Many diaphragm pumps use air-powered mechanical devices, which reverse the pump stroke. These reversing mechanisms can "hang-up" and stall the pump when operated at low air pressure or when cycling at slow speeds.
To overcome these limitations, common diaphragm pumps must be operated at air pressures high enough to ensure stroke reversal. For most applications, this results in an expensive waste of compressed air. In addition mechanical reversing devices wear out, resulting in frequent downtime for maintenance and rebuilding.
Valco Cincinnati's diaphragm pump represents an innovative breakthrough in pump design. The electronic reversing control is extremely reliable and is not affected by normal wear characteristics of mechanical devices.
Electronically-controlled 6:1 Ratio Piston Pump
For Ease and Endurance
Valco Cincinnati's Model EPP-6 piston pump is automatically reversed by low-voltage, solid-state electronics. The EPP-6 features an electronic reversing control that is extremely reliable and not affected by normal wear characteristics of mechanical devices. Because of its design, the pump cannot stall. When used with intermittent output applications, the pump will stop, then immediately restart as the system requires.
VALCO's EPP-6 piston pump offers:
SIMPLE AND RELIABLE
Valco Cincinnati's piston pumps are engineered to keep downtime at a minimum. The unique, solid-state reversing control is far more reliable and less complex than the air-motor-driven mechanisms common to other piston pumps.
LESS MAINTENANCE
Valco's innovative dry fluid-seal design last for longer between rebuilds than other piston pumps. Long lasting seals man efficient, trouble-free operation and no need for seal lubrication. The pump can interface with other controls or data systems to provide automatic usage readout, metered outputs, and automatic control level.

Uniform and consistent Delivery
The Valco Pressure-Balancing Glue Regulator ensures uniform adhesive application during startup and at varying line speeds by completely controlling its amount of pressure. When the machine is stopped, its piston pulls up, creating space that relieves pressure and prohibits it from building up. The pressure-balancing regulator also prevents glue from flooding when the machine restarts.
