MX Gun assembly

  • swirl/spray series used in labeling & woven applications
  • "air opened and spring closed"
  • use CF-200 style gun module
  • require 2 valve signals - one for valve operation for the fluid module and the other for the swirl air
  • contain heating grid
  • can be configured in various spacings

 


Pneumatic guns

MS Gun assembly

  • "air open and spring closed"
  • use H200 style gun module
  • adhesive temperature range 93°C(200°F) - 190°C(375°F)
  • can be used with multiple modules

 


MF Gun assembly

  • similar to MS gun assembly but uses filter inside the manifold
  • "air open and spring closed"
  • use H200 style gun module
  • adhesive temperature range 93°C(200°F) - 190°C(375°F)
  • compatible with Nodson BCS Classic Blue and Solid Blue A gun series as well as older style H200 series

 



ME Gun assembly

  • high speed applicator used in packaging and graphics applications
  • "air open and air closed" (AOAC)
  • use H200 style gun module
  • adhesive temperature range 93°C(200°F) - 190°C(375°F)
  • compatible with Nordson Sure Bead and Solid Blue B gun series

 

 


MK Gun assembly

  • high speed, premium style applicator used in graphics and some various packaging applications
  • "air open and air closed" (AOAC)
  • use H-100 style mini module
  • adhesive temperature range 93°C(200°F) - 190°C(375°F)
  • compatible with Nordson Mini Blue series
  • are only available in single module configurations

 

 


MZ swirl gun assembly
